This residential project is situated on a total area of about 4500 Kanal and it is built on a rural land previously known as Bajnial in District Rawalpindi.

NOC of University town has been issued by Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) against the no. RDA:RDA/MP & TE/F – PHS – 43/1873 dated 9-5-2006.

80% development in the University Town has been completed, Blocks ‘A, B & D’ have been fully developed and plots have been handed over to the customers while the development work in other blocks is under process and fast pace. The progress for the remaining blocks is stated as follows:

C block is almost 40% developed with ongoing earthwork

Development Work in Blocks A, B & D:

The developed blocks in the society comprise of A, B and D blocks. The houses in these blocks are fully constructed and their occupants are enjoying a peaceful and comfortable life. These sectors are equipped with all necessities including water, electricity, carpeted roads, and paved streets. A park equipped with a variety of swings is also built-in these sectors for the entertainment of younger members of the society.

Development Work in Blocks E, F & C:

E, F & C block of the society are still in the development phase. The work in E block is on full swing, the latest machinery is used for the plotting and leveling of the land. While C & F Blocks are next in the line to get developed. The time frame given for the development of these blocks is from 1 to 1.5 years.

Possession:

The possession of the plots in A, B & D Blocks of the society is offered immediately to its buyers but for the developing blocks, the possession will not be granted until the development work is fully completed. The Possession of the plots in the E block is expected to be granted in between next 6 month to 1 year and for the remaining C & F blocks of the society, it will take a longer period.

The management is hopeful that the possession in these two blocks will be granted not later than 1 to 1.5 years, which is not that long or uncommon for modern housing societies, prominent housing project  Gulberg Green, a has also given the same time frame to its investors for the possession.
